2024 CCAS Seminar for Department Chairs 2.0

The Seminar is open to chairs/heads who have held the role for at least 2+ years at accredited baccalaureate degree-granting CCAS Member institutions only.  Due to space limitations, no more than FOUR chairs from the same institution will be admitted.  The first 40 registration requests will be accepted; additional requests will be wait-listed in order of receipt.

** This is the first pilot of a new CCAS seminar for a more experienced Chairs audience. The program will take place at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. Nearly 15% of CCAS Members are within driving distance so attendance costs will be lower without the need for airfare. We anticipate primarily regional attendance though participants are welcome from any CCAS Member Insitution.**

Note: Transportation between hotel and seminar is not provided. Please plan to drive, Uber or carpool 20 minutes.

Registration Fee:   CCAS Member Institution (per person)             $350                         

                            

Payment must be made by credit card at the time you register.  Registration includes seminar materials, 2 social hours, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and refreshment breaks.

How to Register:  Click the “Next” button located at the bottom of this screen.  Enter email address of registrant in "New User" box and click "Continue as New User," completing the information requested.  You are now ready to register.
Registration Deadline:  June 1, or until the seminar is filled.  Your registration will be confirmed once you have successfully completed the online registration process.  Note:  Registration is likely to fill well before the cut-off date, so please do not make hotel and travel arrangements until you have received your registration confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: For written cancellations received in the CCAS office by 5:00 p.m. EST on July 1, CCAS will refund the registration fee, less a $95 administrative fee.  After July 1, no refunds will be granted.
